Responsibilities

• Lead HUB and patient access operations across enterprise clients
• Translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows
• Own SLA performance, SOWs, renewals, compliance, revenue, and margin
• Drive cross‑functional execution across pharmacy, technology, product, implementation, and analytics
• Establish executive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
• Deep expertise in HUB services, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
• Executive‑level client relationship skills
• Strong SOW, SLA, financial, and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to scale complex operations and influence cross‑functional teams
