About the role

The Senior Director of Perioperative Services will provide visionary leadership for perioperative clinical services within the organization, ensuring high-quality care delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of approved school of nursing with BSN degree. Graduate level degree in relevant field (MSN, MHA, MBA, etc.). Doctorate level degree in relevant field, encouraged (DNP, DHA, PhD, etc.).
  • Minimum Work Experience: 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Clinical experience as an operating room nurse. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity environment. Experience with financial management in healthcare setting. Experience leading in union environment preferred. Leadership experience in Magnet-designated or academic medical center preferred.

Qualifications

  • Required Licenses/Certifications: Current RN Licensure in the State of Vermont. Relevant specialty certification such as CNOR or CSSM*. Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation training program or obtained within 1 year of hire.

Pay

Pay Range = $157,000 - $229,000
