Responsibilities
- Own the internal communications strategy, channels, and editorial calendar.
- Partner with leadership on executive messaging, town halls, and all-hands.
- Lead communications for change, transformation, and organizational initiatives.
- Drive communications that align employees to strategy and strengthen culture.
- Build and optimize internal channels and measure communications effectiveness.
- Build and lead the internal communications function.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in internal / corporate communications, with leadership experience.
- Executive Comms: Experience as a communications partner to senior executives.
- Change Comms: Track record leading change and transformation communications.
- Writing: Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills.
- Channels: Experience building modern internal communications channels.
- Analytical: Ability to measure and improve communications impact.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's in communications, journalism, or related.
Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $245,000 to $360,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
