Senior Director of Information
Job Summary
The Senior Director of Information Technology serves as the Head of IT and strategic technology partner to the Senior Leadership Team. This role is responsible for enterprise-wide IT vision, execution, cybersecurity, governance, and operational excellence at Nature's Way. This individual holds accountability for a $12M+ operating budget, a diverse team of 40+ IT professionals, and the leadership of strategic partners. This role ensures that technology capabilities spanning SAP S/4 HANA, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Cybersecurity effectively drive business objectives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial, and corporate functions. This position leads the continuous evolution of the IT organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and business value realization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with Nature's Way strategic growth priorities.
- Act as the primary technology advisor to the executive team, identifying opportunities where digital transformation can create competitive advantage.
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating business strategy and technology needs.
- Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business goals.
- Oversee the implementation and management of IT systems and services.
- Manage the IT budget and resource allocation.
- Lead the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data security and privacy.
- Provide guidance on emerging technologies and trends impacting the industry.
- Support the integration of new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology support and integration.
- Continuously improve IT processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and improving business outcomes through technology.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, and Enterprise Data & Analytics.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Pay and Schedule
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation that the leader of this function will be onsite in Green Bay approximately 3 days per week.
