Human ResourcesFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "The Senior Director of Human Resources is directly responsible..." That's about the role. Then "What You'll Do" with subheadings: Strategic Leadership, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, Policy, Compliance & Governance, Organizational & Leadership Development. Those could be sections with

headings. Then "What We Are Looking For" includes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. Could be a section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Also "Additional Information" includes OUR VALUES, SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION (Work Environment, Physical Demands, Required Annual Training, Normal Working Hours). Could be a section "Benefits"? Not exactly. There's no explicit Pay or Benefits details. No pay schedule. So we should not create Pay/Benefits sections unless stated. There's no explicit benefits listed besides mention of health and retirement plans but not details. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting mentions benefit administration but not specific benefits. Likely we should not create a Benefits section. However we could include "Benefits" if they mention health and retirement plans? The rule: only if posting actually states them. It says "Oversee benefit administration of health and retirement plans..." That's a duty, not a benefit offered. So we shouldn't create Benefits section. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role. - Responsibilities: could combine the "What You'll Do" sections? But we have multiple subheadings; maybe we keep them as subsections under Responsibilities? However instruction: Use

for section headings. Could have multiple

sections each representing a major area: Strategic Leadership, Employee Relations, etc. That seems okay. - Requirements/Qualifications: combine required and preferred. - Additional Information: maybe "Additional Information" as a section with subpoints. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate like duplicated lines (the posting appears duplicated). We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. We need to output only HTML fragment.
