Senior Director of Human Resources

About the role

Lead and advance the talent development, engagement, and employment enrichment programs for Culver Franchising System. Oversee functions, team, and programs covering the full team-member lifecycle: recruiting, growth and development, team-member relations and inclusion, engagement, retention, and performance optimization. Demonstrate and promote Culver’s core values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives in a multi-site, high-growth, or complex organizational environment.
• Partner directly with senior executives and influence organizational decisions.
• Leverage workforce data to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
• At least 7 years of people-leadership experience managing managers and/or professional HR teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent senior-level HR certification (preferred).

Pay

Starting pay range: $150,000–$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Full-time, exempt/salaried position located at the Support Center in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin.
