About the role
Lead and advance the talent development, engagement, and employment enrichment programs for Culver Franchising System. Oversee functions, team, and programs covering the full team-member lifecycle: recruiting, growth and development, team-member relations and inclusion, engagement, retention, and performance optimization. Demonstrate and promote Culver’s core values and culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives in a multi-site, high-growth, or complex organizational environment.
- Partner directly with senior executives and influence organizational decisions.
- Leverage workforce data to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
- At least 7 years of people-leadership experience managing managers and/or professional HR teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent senior-level HR certification (preferred).

Pay
Starting pay range: $150,000–$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
