About the Role
This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all quality improvement activities using continuous quality improvement principles
- Develop and coordinate ongoing staff development and clinical training courses
- Ensure compliance with mandatory orientations and educational requirements
- Participate in the selection of agency preceptors/mentors
- Analyze daily reports to track patients and prioritize triage to teams
- Manage all education and quality staff for GHG Hospice
- Monitor and report on department performance and improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's preferred
- Current RN license
- 7+ years clinical experience in Hospice or Home Health industry
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience with state/CMS Survey Process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Competent in understanding QAPI and ACHC accreditation

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
