About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver core platforms for AI-native development
- Design AI-driven systems for automated generation of workflows and documentation
- Re-architect developer experience to reduce friction in code-related processes
- Collaborate to standardize AI tool usage and ensure effective training
- Monitor and define metrics to optimize AI model usage and cost
- Lead an organization specializing in AI platform engineering and developer experience
- Architect systems for model-agnostic solutions to ensure flexibility
Qualifications
- Deep technical proficiency in applied AI and agentic architectures
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership roles
- Proven experience in building and scaling developer platforms and CI/CD systems
- Ability to design end-to-end engineering workflows and systemic platforms
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and developer-facing API design
- Track record of driving organization-wide adoption of new tools and standards
- Experience operating within compliance constraints like PCI or SOX

Pay
$314,000 – $502,000 annually
