Senior Director, Engineering - Agentic Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Build the internal AI deployment infrastructure to enable non-engineers to create AI workflows
• Directly create high-impact workflows across various business functions
• Empower business users with the skills and training necessary to use AI tools effectively
• Manage and lead a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and business users
• Collaborate with functional leaders to align goals and assess the impact of AI deployments
• Define success metrics and report outcomes to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance and security in all AI implementations

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering and product
• Technical proficiency with a strong history of building and shipping software
• Demonstrated experience in developing agentic systems
• Strong product instincts to identify leverage points in workflows
• Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between business and engineering stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on iterative development
