The Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) leads clinical quality, mentorship, operational partnership, and culture within our Maryland market. This role is more than just a BCBA position; it's about leading teams, mentoring future leaders, influencing center success, and shaping the future of ABA care.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA
• Experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay

$95,500 - $108,500 annually, based on experience
