Responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Mentor and develop future clinical leaders within the organization.
- Influence center success through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Shape the future of ABA care within a BCBA-led organization.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay
$95,500 - $108,500 annually, based on experience, with additional earning potential through bonuses and incentive programs.
