Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Mentor and develop future clinical leaders within the organization.
• Influence center success through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
• Shape the future of ABA care within a BCBA-led organization.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay

$95,500 - $108,500 annually, based on experience, with additional earning potential through bonuses and incentive programs.
