Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to customer equipment and network infrastructure.
- Document and track service requests and resolutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment and network devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in networking and cybersecurity.
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Knowledge of common IT support tools and software.
