Senior Director of Architecture, Engineering, and Visibility

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to customer equipment and network infrastructure.
• Document and track service requests and resolutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment and network devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
• Knowledge of common IT support tools and software.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
