About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions and respond appropriately
- Escalate difficult or complex issues to supervisors or higher levels of support
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
- Contribute to team goals and objectives through collaboration and communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
