You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
- Provide clarity of vision and performance expectations for the MSL team
- Develop and implement regional field medical strategies
- Oversee quality, compliance, and efficiency of the MSL team
- Engage with internal partners to enhance medical-commercial interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, M.D., Ph.D.)
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry, clinical, and/or medical experience
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical personnel
Pay
$195,000 – $314,600 annually
