Senior Director - Medical Science Liaison - Neuroscience Medical Affairs - Central Region

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
• Provide clarity of vision and performance expectations for the MSL team
• Develop and implement regional field medical strategies
• Oversee quality, compliance, and efficiency of the MSL team
• Engage with internal partners to enhance medical-commercial interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, M.D., Ph.D.)
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years of industry, clinical, and/or medical experience
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical personnel

Pay

$195,000 – $314,600 annually
