Senior Director, Medical Affairs – International Markets

Role Overview: The Senior Director, Head of Medical Affairs - International Markets, leads global medical strategy outside key regions, ensuring scientific excellence, product launch success, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities include: Developing regional medical strategies aligned with global objectives, building high-performing medical teams, and establishing scalable operating models. Leading evidence generation, scientific engagement, and external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and organizations. Collaborating cross-functionally with commercialization, clinical, regulatory, and other teams to support product lifecycle management and market entry. Ensuring compliance, governance, and quality standards across diverse healthcare systems. Leading partnership evaluations, defining medical governance, and supporting business development. Qualifications & Skills: MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent, with 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech leadership, including 10+ in Medical Affairs. Oncology/hematology experience preferred. Proven success in late-stage development, launches, and global teams. Strong strategic, scientific, and commercial acumen, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
