About the role

The Senior Director, Measurement-Based Care & Clinical Outcomes provides strategic leadership for the development, governance, and continuous advancement of the organization’s enterprise Measurement-Based Care (MBC), clinical outcomes, and evidence-based practice strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define, advance, and continuously refine the enterprise Measurement-Based Care (MBC) strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical care models, diagnoses, comorbidities, and organizational priorities.

  • Establish and oversee enterprise outcomes measurement frameworks, including the evaluation, selection, and refinement of assessments that are clinically meaningful, actionable, and aligned with internal and external reporting needs.

  • Partner with Clinical Operations to support the integration of MBC into clinical workflows and promote the meaningful use of outcomes data in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.

  • Establish governance structures and continuous improvement processes to monitor measure performance, clinician adoption, and the impact of MBC initiatives on patient outcomes.

  • Support the development and continuous refinement of clinical practice guidelines, treatment standards, clinical supervision frameworks, and evidence-based care models to promote clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.

  • Evaluate emerging research, industry best practices, clinical performance metrics, and outcomes data to inform clinical standards, treatment strategies, and organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Analytics, Clinical Operations, and clinical leaders to identify clinical care gaps, analyze drivers of variation, and develop targeted strategies that improve treatment effectiveness and reduce unwarranted variation in care.

  • Translate outcomes and performance data into actionable insights that inform treatment planning, clinical supervision, operational decision-making, and enterprise efforts to enhance the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of care delivery.

  • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across clinical services.

Qualifications

  • Advanced clinical degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, or equivalent)

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Measurement-Based Care, clinical outcomes, clinical informatics, or related areas

  • Strong proficiency in empirically supported treatments, evidence-based care and translation of interventions into various settings

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing outcomes measurement programs in healthcare settings

  • Experience working with clinical data to drive care improvement and decision-making

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, including collaboration with clinical operations and research teams

  • Track record of contributing to research, publications, or outcomes reporting

Skills

  • Deep expertise in Measurement-Based Care and outcomes in behavioral health

  • Strong ability to translate data and measurement into clinical action

  • Systems thinker with the ability to align measurement with care complexity (e.g., comorbidities)

  • Proficiency in empirically supported treatments, evidence-based care and translation of interventions into various settings

  • Experience integrating MBC into EHR workflows or digital health platforms

  • Experience working with clinical data to drive care improvement and decision-making

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, including collaboration with clinical operations and research teams

  • Track record of contributing to research, publications, or outcomes reporting

Pay

$210,000 - $225,000/annually with bonus and equity potential
