About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and advance the enterprise Measurement-Based Care strategy and outcomes frameworks
- Oversee assessment selection and refinement to ensure alignment with reporting needs
- Integrate MBC into clinical workflows to enhance treatment planning and decision-making
- Establish governance and improvement processes for monitoring measure performance
- Develop clinical practice guidelines and supervision frameworks to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based care
- Collaborate with teams to identify care gaps and strategies to improve treatment effectiveness
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for clinical operations and decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, or equivalent)
- 8-10+ years in Measurement-Based Care, clinical outcomes, clinical informatics, or related areas
- Strong proficiency in empirically supported treatments and evidence-based care
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing outcomes measurement programs in healthcare settings
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience, including collaboration with clinical operations and research teams
- Track record of contributing to research, publications, or outcomes reporting
Pay
$210,000 – $225,000 annually
