The Market Development Leader will be responsible for increasing awareness, generating qualified demand, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting the firm's long-term growth objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market development strategy aligned with firm growth priorities.
- Build a scalable top-of-funnel demand generation engine focused on increasing awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence.
- Partner with Growth Leaders to translate business objectives into market-facing strategies.
- Create integrated go-to-market plans that leverage content, digital channels, PR, conferences/events, thought leadership, and campaign activation.
- Establish marketing as a strategic growth partner rather than a reactive service function.
- Lead the firm's demand generation strategy across digital and traditional channels.
- Increase lead generation, audience growth, website conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, AEO, website optimization, email marketing, social media, marketing automation, and audience targeting.
- Build scalable nurture programs and conversion pathways that support growth priorities.
- Establish a modern content distribution strategy that maximizes reach, engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Strengthen and evolve the firm's market positioning and brand strategy.
- Ensure messaging resonates across industries, service lines, acquisition priorities, and talent priorities.
- Develop strategic content campaigns aligned to customer needs, industry trends, and growth objectives.
- Elevate thought leadership through integrated campaigns, multimedia content, and digital experiences, focusing on business outcomes rather than content volume.
- Lead and develop a team with talent in both the U.S. and India.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Coach team members while identifying future organizational capabilities needed to scale the function.
- Serve as a mentor and leader capable of attracting high-performing talent.
- Improve marketing operations through stronger processes, prioritization, project management, and workflow management, using AI where possible for quality and efficiency.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs tied to growth objectives.
- Leverage CRM and marketing technology platforms to drive visibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, market development, demand generation, or go-to-market leadership.
- Proven experience developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success building demand generation programs and measurable top-of-funnel pipeline activity.
- Strong expertise across digital marketing, lead generation, content strategy, marketing automation, website strategy, analytics, and paid media.
- Experience translating business strategy into go-to-market plans and growth outcomes.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, accounting, financial services, technology, or other complex B2B services experience.
- Experience working within a partner-led or matrix organization.
- Experience leading organizational transformation or building marketing functions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data-driven growth strategies.

Schedule
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with some overtime as required. Minimal travel, by car, may be required.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work under typical office conditions, with the noise level being usually quiet to moderate. Occasional exposure to the outside environment when traveling to and from a client’s office, off-site locations for meetings/training/events, or other outside locations as requested.
