Responsibilities
- Define the future-state operating model to support growth and capacity needs
- Identify systems and capabilities required to support future manufacturing needs
- Partner with leaders to assess capacity requirements for planned growth
- Provide expertise and guidance on major manufacturing initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, automation, or a related field
- Deep understanding of robotics, operational systems, and scalability
- Proven track record in strategic planning and capability development
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate risk and opportunities
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities to align teams across functions
Pay
$220,000 – $275,000 annually
