Senior Director, Manufacturing Technology Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Manufacturing Technology Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will shape the long‑term technology and operating strategy behind a growing manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for defining how capabilities, systems, and automation must evolve to support capacity expansion and future‑state operational needs. It will also bring cross‑functional alignment across teams to ensure major investment and improvement initiatives support scalable execution.

Location: Sunnyvale, TX – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define the future‑state operating model to support capacity growth
• Identify the capabilities and systems required to scale operations
• Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational capability development
• Provide technical expertise on manufacturing and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• 5‑10 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or operational systems
• Expertise in robotics and scale production
