Senior Director, Managed Access Programs, Medical Evidence Generation (Worldwide Medical Affairs)

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to define and develop the managed access strategy across multiple disease areas
• Ensure the managed access strategy undergoes appropriate review and governance processes with input from all necessary partners
• Partner with GDO/RCO for the operationalization of managed access programs, adhering to country rules
• Implement standardized policies and procedures across the managed access portfolio
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure success and optimize managed access programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for program execution and compliance
• Optimize data capture and utilization from managed access programs, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Patient Access, Pharmacy, or Public Health required
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with 3+ years in managed access
• In-depth knowledge of global and local regulations related to Managed Access Programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and influence
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Compensation: $229,380 – $277,956 annually
