Senior Director, IT Service Delivery

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Delivery Managers for end-to-end IT project delivery
• Coordinate efforts across Technical, QA, Architecture, and business teams for production readiness
• Track project performance using KPIs, metrics, and quality indicators
• Utilize AI tools for enhanced project planning and risk management
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans according to needs
• Prepare and deliver concise status reports for stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and security standards
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years in IT project delivery, Agile delivery management, or related roles
• 8+ years managing teams with Agile and traditional PM methodologies
• 1+ year delivering AI-enabled solutions and understanding AI lifecycle
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking

Pay

$175,000 – $225,000 annually
