About the role

The Senior Director, ISO is responsible for overseeing the organization's Information Security Operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures
• Manage the organization’s incident response team and ensure timely resolution of security incidents
• Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security initiatives and goals
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory changes impacting information security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience with ISO standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
