Senior Director, Information Technology Infrastructure

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Information Technology Infrastructure to lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop long-term tech roadmaps
• Execute enterprise infrastructure strategy to support business growth
• Lead modernization and data center optimization initiatives
• Manage hybrid and cloud infrastructure environments
• Drive incident management and continuous service improvement
• Oversee compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Establish performance metrics and monitor service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years managing enterprise infrastructure environments
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles directing infrastructure teams
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) preferred
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, or SRE operational frameworks

Pay

$190,000 – $230,000 annually
