Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global I&C Reactor Systems Engineering organization in delivering products and solutions for operating fleet customers across Americas, EMEA and Asia.
- Deliver world class advanced I&C safety systems to Advanced Plant new build customers (APx) across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia with predictable performance, quality, and cost.
- Promote organizational focus on first time right execution and a nuclear safety culture to support business growth.
- Champion deep engagement with global markets, ensuring customer needs and operating realities directly inform product strategies and solution design.
- Ensure Westinghouse maintains and strengthens its position as the industry's technical leader in I&C Reactor systems.
- Increase the close partnership with Westinghouse Part organization leadership to ensure expedited delivery on critical I&C components and long-term support of our customer install base.
- Build a global engineering workforce through structured training, development programs, and career growth pathways.
- Ensure resource allocation across concurrent complex projects, aligning talent and capabilities with business demand.
- Reduce product and delivery costs through value engineering, lean methodologies, and process improvements.
- Use Advanced Automation tools to support the continuous improvement of the I&C design process and meet the required use, productivity and throughput improvements.
- Improve our ability to perform reverse engineering and component level part replacement for legacy I&C components.
- Use Advanced Automation to support the continuous improvement of the I&C portfolio products and solving customer challenges.
- Lead development of engineering practices that mitigate technical and regulatory risk for Westinghouse and its customers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable global safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop goals that communicate organizational performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Maintain end-to-end budget accountability, ensuring understanding of financial goals, regulatory requirements, and priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing complex engineering organizations, with a background in instrumentation and control systems
- Expertise in estimating and implementing complex engineering programs
- Ability to detect industry shifts and align product strategies to emerging market needs
- Record of driving organizational performance and results

Base salary range: $189,200 to $236,500 per year
