Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
• Champion change leadership and communications for organizational integration

Qualifications

• 17+ years of HRBP experience in biotech or pharma sectors
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• Strong strategic alignment of culture with business goals
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in HR compliance, legislation, and best practices
• Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel for data utilization
• Project management experience with clear timelines and milestones
