For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Commercial to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This senior HRBP leader will partner closely with commercial leadership to shape workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across a global business. The role will play a key part in guiding change leadership, supporting organizational integration, and aligning people strategy with business goals in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment. It is an opportunity to influence talent, culture, and operating model decisions while collaborating with centers of excellence and senior stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $290,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness Champion change leadership and communications for organizational integration Coach leaders on change strategies for organizational readiness Conduct assessments to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational structures Work with centers of excellence on organizational design and leadership development initiatives Advise on talent acquisition strategies and building talent pipelines Address employee relations and compliance concerns per company policies Qualifications 17+ years of HRBP experience in biotech or pharma sectors Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field Strong strategic alignment of culture with business goals Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills Proficiency in HR compliance, legislation, and best practices Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel for data utilization Project management experience with clear timelines and milestones Benefits Competitive cash compensation and robust equity awards Significant learning and development opportunities Employee engagement and culture support initiatives Remote work flexibility available Strong emphasis on partnership and strategic alignment across functions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
