About the role
This position contributes to Shutterstock's mission of empowering the world to create with confidence. You will collaborate with a global team to manage and enhance Shutterstock's digital assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shutterstock's vast library of images, videos, and other media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Implement processes to improve asset management efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues related to asset availability and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Photography, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale databases and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize digital assets for search engines.
- Understanding of copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
