Senior Director, Head of Marketing - Data Licensing and AI Services

About the role

This position contributes to Shutterstock's mission of empowering the world to create with confidence. You will collaborate with a global team to manage and enhance Shutterstock's digital assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Shutterstock's vast library of images, videos, and other media.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Implement processes to improve asset management efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues related to asset availability and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Photography, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale databases and content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize digital assets for search engines.
• Understanding of copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role is full-time and requires flexibility to meet Shutterstock's global operations needs.
