We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have Role Summary, Key Responsibilities, Qualifications, Ways of Working, Leadership Expectations, About Us, About The Team, Benefits etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use h3 for section headings. Use ul/li for lists. Use p for prose. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About Us" maybe keep if substantive. The posting includes "About Us" paragraph about BNY. That's substantive. Also "About The Team" with awards list. That's substantive. Benefits section: there is a paragraph about benefits and rewards. We need to include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does: "Our Benefits And Rewards" paragraph. So include Benefits heading. Pay: The posting mentions base salary info in Job Info section at bottom, but not given actual numbers. It says "The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting." No actual figure. So we should NOT create Pay section because no specific salary given. Schedule: not given. Thus sections: Role Summary (maybe heading "About the role"? The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use appropriate headings. Likely "About the role" for role summary. "Responsibilities" for Key Responsibilities. "Qualifications" for Qualifications. "Ways of Working" maybe could be "Skills" or "Ways of Working" but they didn't list that as example; but we can still use heading if content present. However they said "use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should stick to those headings; but we can also include other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but examples given. Safer to map content to those headings: About the role (role summary), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Qualifications (qualifications), Skills (maybe ways of working and leadership expectations combined?), Benefits (benefits). Could also include "About Us" and "About The Team" maybe as separate sections? Not in examples but could be okay. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine About Us and About The Team into one "About the company" section? But we have headings examples limited. Might be better to include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. And maybe also include "About the company" as a section? Not in examples but could be okay. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. implies those are typical but not exclusive. I'd include About the company (or About Us) as a section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statements. Remove lines about BNY is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer etc. Also remove "If hired, the employee will be in an “at will” position..." etc. Also remove "BNY assesses market data..." etc. Also remove "The expected base salary..." etc. Also remove "Base salary offered may vary..." etc. Also remove "Subject to the terms and conditions..." etc. Also remove "Details of participation..." etc. Also remove "If hired, the employee will be in an “at will” position..." etc. Also remove "BNY is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success." That's part of About Us; keep. Also remove "As a leading global financial services company..." keep. Also remove "Recognized as a top destination for innovators..." keep. Also remove "Together, we power the future of finance – and this is what is all about." maybe keep? It's a bit vague but part of About Us. Also remove "About The Team At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at BNY Newsroom & BNY LinkedIn" maybe keep? It's a bit promotional but substantive. Also remove "Here’s a Few Of Our Recent Awards America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025" keep as list. Also remove "BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy." keep as part of Benefits. Also remove "We provide access to flexible global resources and tools for your life’s journey." keep. Also remove "Focus on your health, foster your personal resilience, and reach your financial goals as a valued member of our team, along with generous paid leaves, including paid volunteer time, that can support you and your family through moments that matter." keep. Also remove "BNY is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Underrepresented racial and ethnic groups/Females/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans." remove. Also remove "BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees." remove. Also remove "The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting." remove. Also remove "Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience." remove. Also remove "Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award." remove? This is about benefits but it's generic; maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's about total rewards. Could keep but it's somewhat generic. However it's still substantive about benefits. I'd keep. Also remove "Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents." keep as benefits. Also remove "Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered." keep. Also remove "Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment." maybe keep? It's procedural; maybe remove as boilerplate. Also remove "If hired, the employee will be in an “at will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors." remove. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
