Senior Director, GTM and G&A Talent Acquisition - Americas

As part of this transformation, we’re seeking a Head of GTM and G&A TA across the Americas. This role will define and drive the strategy for how we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent, ensuring Nutanix has the GTM and G&A talent to fuel innovation and growth.
This leader will build trusted partnerships with senior GTM and G&A executives, lead a high-performing team of recruiters, and position Talent Acquisition as a strategic partner in achieving business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior GTM and G&A leaders, translating business needs into scalable recruiting strategies.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of recruiters across the Americas.
- Drive structured, insight-driven recruiting processes focused on quality, speed, and consistency.
- Own and deliver TA performance reporting for the Americas GTM and G&A functions.
- Shape workforce capacity and location planning using data and market insights.
- Ensure accountability for meeting hiring goals while elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with global COEs to optimize tools and drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics.
- Collaborate across global TA, People teams, and Finance to align plans and influence initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years in a people leader role.
- Proven track record leading GTM and G&A recruiting teams in high-growth, global environments.
- Strong history of delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
- Demonstrated ability to use workforce data and insights to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, automation, and structured hiring best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Skilled at building credibility and influence with senior leaders while fostering accountability within teams.
Schedule
This role can be remote or hybrid. If remote, frequent travel to San Jose or Raleigh-Durham is required. If within 50 miles of a Nutanix office, the role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $225,600 and USD $450,000 per year. Base pay may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards, in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits (e.g., 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave). Details will be provided if an offer is extended.
