Senior Director, Governance & Frameworks Group Lead​

About the role

The Senior Director will coordinate Platform-level risk and control routines, monitor progress against OKRs, and ensure timely escalation of material issues. They will oversee control monitoring, drive issue remediation, and maintain strong risk hygiene. Additionally, they will drive process simplification and automation, embed data-driven insights, and leverage existing tools and best practices. They will partner with Platform teams to embed controls in change initiatives and product delivery, provide clear risk and control insights to Platform leadership, and represent the Platform in Risk & Control forums.

Directly manage more senior managers and ensure their focus on functional objectives. May have matrixed management responsibility and oversee geographically dispersed teams, adding to the complexity of duties.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required, with an advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of total work experience, including 5-7 years of management experience, is preferred. Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
