Senior Director, Global Technology Alliances

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define global ISV/Tech partnership strategy aligned with product and revenue goals
• Source and negotiate impactful agreements with strategic partners
• Develop joint solution designs and integration roadmaps
• Deliver partner-sourced or influenced pipeline and annual recurring revenue
• Launch joint marketing initiatives and manage partner marketing calendars
• Establish repeatable processes and KPIs for partner operations
• Oversee partner lifecycle management and compliance

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in ISV/technology partnerships within enterprise SaaS or fintech
• Proven success with OEM/embedded solutions and marketplace dynamics
• In-depth knowledge of CFO tech stack including ERPs, payments, and integration patterns
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation and complex agreement structuring
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams
• Data-driven approach to performance management and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus

Pay

$211,510 – $267,475 annually
