Senior Director, Global Functions HRBP

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Functions HRBP to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This senior leadership role will partner closely with global functional leaders to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support the company’s broader business priorities. The position will guide workforce planning, talent management, and change efforts across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. It is well suited for an experienced HR leader who can influence at multiple levels, coach executives, and help build a high-performing, inclusive culture in a highly regulated industry.
