Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of global capital construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Align real estate strategies with long-term business goals through strategic roadmapping
- Identify and manage project risks, including supply chain and regulatory challenges
- Develop and maintain an 18-month project outlook report to anticipate real estate needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions and meet overall business objectives
- Lead a team of project managers and designers to foster a high-performance workplace
- Champion sustainability initiatives, ensuring projects meet corporate ESG standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in global real estate, construction management, or workplace design; 10 years in senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- LEED AP and WELL AP credentials required
- Proven track record managing $100M+ global capital budgets and strong financial acumen
- Experience with international construction laws and design standards
Pay
$297,500 – $350,000 annually
