Responsibilities
- Implement strategies that align with organizational goals and support business objectives.
- Manage multiple compensation projects, including design, implementation, and administration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure agreement of total rewards programs.
- Identify opportunities for changes and contribute to the design and implementation of new or improved compensation programs ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum requirement in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree: Preferred in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in compensation.
- Experience in a global, complex organizations.
- Experience in global grading.
- Experience with variable compensation programs (sales incentive plan).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Total Rewards Experience: with a focus on compensation.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior role in Human Resources or Total Rewards, demonstrating operational and strategic skills.
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated project management skills and experience in bringing complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
- Change Management: Proven ability to navigate change, lead transformation and remain agile to support changing our needs and conditions.
- Experience in the industrial manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge Total Rewards Practices: In-depth understanding of Total Rewards practices, labor laws, and compensation frameworks.
- Continual awareness of industry's best practices, new trends, and ability to gather benchmarking data.
- Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business operations and strategic planning.

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $180,000-$220,000 annually. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
Schedule
This role is onsite in our Chicago Corporate Office.
