Responsibilities

• Arcitect and execute global sourcing strategies for critical direct components
• Embed procurement within New Product Development to secure supplier involvement early
• Manage strategic supplier relationships aligning with manufacturing strategies
• Serve as an advisor to executives, aligning procurement with product and financial goals
• Utilize market intelligence to mitigate supply chain risks and optimize supplier performance
• Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team, instilling a culture of improvement
• Innovate procurement processes and contract management for greater efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 20+ years in procurement and supply chain, focused on direct materials sourcing in tech/electronics
• 10+ years managing teams, fostering high-performance cultures
• Expertise in Semiconductors, Electrical, and Mechanical components markets
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, with an emphasis on cost reduction
