Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an innovative global benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Lead design and improvement of health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs across multiple regions
- Optimize benefits processes using technology and data analytics to improve employee experience
- Oversee global benefits communication strategy to enhance employee engagement and understanding
- Ensure compliance and financial integrity of global benefits programs through effective partnership
- Manage vendor relationships for high-quality, cost-effective benefits solutions
- Establish KPIs and leverage data insights for continuous program improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 12+ years of progressive benefits experience with a focus on global/multinational leadership
- Deep expertise in global benefits design and compliance across U.S., EMEA, and Japan
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and vendor negotiation experience
- Prominent track record of driving innovation in benefits delivery using technology and data analytics
