About the role

The Senior Director, Global AI Fluency defines and leads the global AI fluency strategy for the Global Commercial Strategy Organization. This role is accountable for establishing the enterprise capability agenda, operating model, adoption priorities, and governance approach required for commercial teams to use artificial intelligence responsibly, effectively, and at scale. The Senior Director sets strategy for and oversees the design, delivery, and scaling of practical AI learning experiences, adoption interventions, and workflow integration that accelerate AI-enabled commercial transformation. This leader will establish a globally consistent capability framework while enabling appropriate regional and functional adaptation across commercial, medical, market access, and related functions. The role will translate advances in generative AI, agentic AI, and digital productivity into role-based learning journeys, priority workflow adoption, measurable business outcomes, and sustained changes in ways of working.
