About the role
Position Summary The Senior Director, Global Data & AI Enablement leads a newly created function that builds and governs the master data, infrastructure, measurement, and AI/ML capabilities Commercial depends on. The function is global, with Year 1 execution focused on the U.S. and Japan, and this leader builds the team as well as the capability. Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, this leader partners closely with Commercialization Analytics & Operations, Commercial Strategy & Effectiveness, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, IT, Legal, affiliate commercial teams, and external vendors — to ensure commercial data is accurate and governed, and to establish with evidence what each commercial investment contributes to revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own the measurement architecture linking commercial investment to revenue
- Own patient-finding and patient-persistence analytics, and translate results into resource-allocation recommendations with explicit confidence
