Responsibilities
- Own the entire annual planning and forecasting cycle, ensuring alignment across business units
- Serve as the key financial partner for the executive team, producing board-ready financial reports and leading investment discussions
- Maintain the company's long-term financial models tracking key SaaS metrics
- Conduct product and segment-level P&L analyses to guide pricing and investment strategies
- Collaborate with accounting teams for forecasting alignment with actuals for scalability
- Develop automated FP&A infrastructure and reporting systems for real-time performance insights
- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering analytical standards and urgency
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate finance with 4+ years in senior FP&A roles, preferably in B2B SaaS ($300M+ ARR)
- Expertise in SaaS unit economics: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback periods, and efficiency metrics
- Proven track record of building mature, system-driven FP&A functions
- Strong financial modeling skills at multiple levels
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial data
- Experience owning and managing annual and long-term planning cycles
- Ability to build partnerships across GTM, Product, and Accounting teams
