About the role

If you’re a Financial Services growth leader who’s tired of “advising around the edges” and ready to set direction, build a team, and own outcomes, this role is for you. Simon-Kucher is the world’s leading growth specialist. We help clients unlock measurable revenue and profit by optimizing the full commercial engine—customer strategy, product, pricing, innovation, marketing, distribution, and sales.

Our Financial Services team partners with leaders across Banking, Fintech, Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Insurance, as well as private equity investors, to solve their biggest commercial opportunities.

This isn’t a “Senior Director on engagements” role. It’s a practice leadership seat—with meaningful latitude to build the market, develop talent, and shape the FS agenda in North America. You’ll join a high-performing, growing Americas FS team (20+ dedicated consultants, led by partners across the US, Canada, and LATAM) and be supported by a global bench of ~125 Financial Services specialists.
