Senior Director, Finance Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape enterprise-wide finance transformation efforts that support a global biopharma organization. The role will focus on building scalable processes, governance, and training that strengthen financial operations and align with broader business strategy. It will also partner closely with finance leadership, internal stakeholders, and external advisors to drive execution across multiple initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $264,000 – $288,000 annually Responsibilities Lead finance transformation initiatives across the organization. Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy. Design standardized financial processes and governance structures globally. Present recommendations for finance transformation initiatives to the Finance Leadership Team. Oversee external consultants and vendors supporting finance initiatives. Develop structured financial training programs for internal stakeholders. Mentor and manage team members, including setting objectives and performance standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3 years of experience in finance transformation or a related role. Strong understanding of financial statements and economic analysis. Experience managing multiple projects with independent objectives. Biopharma industry knowledge is essential.
