Senior Director Finance

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Director, Finance to help steward our resources, strengthen enterprise-wide financial operations, and support long-term sustainability so millions of young people can continue to play, learn, and grow.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Vice President, Finance and executive leadership to align financial strategy, planning, governance, and operational excellence with Little League’s mission and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Strategic, hands-on finance professional with experience in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
• Experience in financial strategy, planning, governance, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills to guide financial operations and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
