Key Responsibilities For The Senior Director, Facilities Services Lead facilities services operations and maintenance strategy across multiple markets and locations. Develop asset management and lifecycle programs that improve restaurant readiness, equipment reliability, and operational uptime. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment strategies aligned with business objectives. Optimize staffing structures, vendor partnerships, and service delivery models to improve performance and efficiency. gaps, and design scalable leadership, staffing, and workforce models. Lead a distributed field organization through a team of senior managers, creating accountability and driving business results. Qualifications For The Senior Director, Facilities Services Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of facilities, maintenance, or asset management leadership experience. Proven success leading multi-site facilities or maintenance operations in large companies, multi-state environments. Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, financial planning, budgeting, and capital investment strategies.
