Senior Director, Facilities and Automation
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Facilities and Automation to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This senior operations leader will oversee facility strategy, automation, and infrastructure performance across a high-volume consumer goods environment. The role will focus on driving safety, reliability, and operational efficiency while advancing the use of technology to support predictive maintenance and better decision‑making. The position will also partner closely with operations and finance stakeholders to manage capital planning, facility data, and long‑term facility improvements. Location: Arlington, TX – US‑based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility assessment programs
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Lead facility data management efforts
- Advance facility technology for predictive maintenance
- Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets
Qualifications
- 4‑year degree in a technical engineering field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Track record in managing complex capital projects and budgets
- Proficiency with automation equipment and material handling systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills

Pay
Compensation: $215,000 – $235,000 annually
