Senior Director, EPC Programs

Responsibilities

• Identify and select EPCs based on current and future business needs
• Negotiate costs, performance, and terms with EPCs
• Implement cost reduction methodologies and feedback mechanisms
• Build partnerships with EPCs and explore new business opportunities
• Manage the supply base to meet business schedule and technology needs
• Communicate design, safety, and quality requirements to EPC suppliers
• Drive efficiencies and transition team focus to high-value activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required
• 15+ years in a senior procurement role in heavy industry
• Proven success managing EPCs in the Energy Sector
• Techical expertise for identifying and qualifying EPCs
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost targets
• Ability to manage international construction activities
• Analytical mindset with strong technical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Self-motivated with a high energy level
