Responsibilities
- Lead Business Process Transformation: Define and implement robust business process improvements, including establishing baseline KPIs.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging analytics, root cause analysis, and best practices to optimize efficiency, throughput, scalability, and/or customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to map end-to-end, often ambiguous, cloud-based processes.
- Gather inputs from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting priorities, and set realistic, effective delivery timelines for improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Risk Assessment: Apply deep business acumen to proactively identify enterprise risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. Design actionable, scalable plans with well-defined, measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Transformation/Change Management: Develop change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability of process enhancements. Prepare communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies, addressing resistance and navigating organizational complexities.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Clearly and succinctly communicate process recommendations, data-driven insights, and shifting priorities to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Tailor messaging to diverse audiences and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Create and regularly track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further refinement. Develop dashboards or scorecards to share progress and outcomes with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or equivalent degree
- 12+ years in project management, program management, portfolio management, and/or business analysis
- 10+ years of experience leading team(s) in a large, enterprise environment across multiple organizations
- Proven success in mission critical business transformation, large scale process change management and/or complex process implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI capabilities, including knowledge base augmentation
- Strong independent decision-making and sound judgment skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities concurrently
- High degree of technical proficiency and a quick learner with new processes and technologies
Pay
Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 - $355,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
