Senior Director Enterprise Services - North Carolina

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Enterprise Services - North Carolina to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior leadership role will own enterprise account strategy across complex health system and national account relationships. The position will partner closely with internal customer-facing teams and business units to expand market presence, strengthen executive relationships, and drive long-term revenue growth. With a focus on large Integrated Delivery Networks and multi-site enterprise opportunities, this leader will help shape multi-year growth plans, guide high-stakes negotiations, and ensure coordinated engagement across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $159,200 – $218,900 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for health systems and national accounts Serve as the senior leader responsible for overall account strategy and customer engagement Coordinate activities across all customer-facing teams and business units Identify market trends and enterprise growth opportunities Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers Drive enterprise revenue growth and market share gains Lead complex, multi-site opportunities and facilitate contract negotiations Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, consulting, or healthcare leadership experience Proven success managing large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) or enterprise accounts Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders Experience leading complex negotiations and enterprise-wide initiatives Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance and disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off and sick leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
