Senior Director Enterprise Platforms and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise platforms, including EMR and operational systems
• Drive operational efficiency improvements across revenue cycle management, scheduling, referrals, and call center operations
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Interoperability team on EMR integration strategy and execution
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to reduce costs and improve throughput
• Establish platform performance KPIs, such as system uptime, throughput, and cycle times
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance scalability
• Direct platform integration and interoperability across enterprise systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of product management and platform design experience
• 10+ years of healthcare experience
• 8+ years of people management experience
• 7+ years of strategic leadership experience
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems including EMR, RCM, and call center technologies
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and scalability initiatives
