About the role

Join one of the biggest names in payments as a Senior Director - Enterprise Partnerships Integrations & Servicing. Take the lead on defining and executing the Enterprise Partner experience strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring seamless technical integrations and migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Enterprise Partner experience strategy across technical integration, referral operations, residual payment processes, and platform migrations; translate strategy into an actionable multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain an integrated program plan to strengthen partner integrations, including standards, success metrics, SLAs, and quality gates from onboarding through steady state.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Billing/Finance, Operations, Legal, and Partner Management to deliver on committed outcomes.
  • Own prioritization and sequencing of initiatives using data-driven frameworks (e.g., impact/effort, ROI, risk); make trade-off decisions and communicate rationale to executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee complex technical partner integrations into Worldpay platforms and migrations from legacy to target platforms; mitigate risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Build and enforce integration playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices that reduce time-to-live, improve reliability, and scale across Enterprise Partners and solution types.
  • Enhance residuals calculation and payment processes in partnership with Billing/Finance; implement controls, exception handling, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency for partners.
  • Stand up and run program governance: define OKRs, KPIs, and health metrics (e.g., time-to-integrate, defect escape rate, residuals accuracy, NPS/CSAT, migration success rate); publish dashboards and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence partner-facing product requirements and roadmap prioritization; champion features that reduce integration friction and improve partner economics.
  • Partner with Engineering on delivery plans, capacity, and dependencies; ensure clear acceptance criteria, test strategies, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Partner leads and Marketing to support technical improvements with appropriate change management and stakeholder communications, including partner-facing updates, enablement materials, and internal readiness (Sales, Support, Operations).
  • Recruit, select, and evaluate team members; foster an inclusive, performance-oriented culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and customer obsession.
