Senior Director, Enterprise Networking

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for global enterprise networking
• Lead design, deployment, and operation of office and campus networks
• Drive networking for HPC data centers, focusing on capacity and high-speed interconnects
• Manage cloud connectivity including peering and hybrid network integration
• Oversee network security infrastructure and collaborate with Cybersecurity
• Establish a data-driven operating model with focus on automation and continuous improvement
• Build and mentor a globally distributed engineering team
• Partner with various departments to ensure alignment and represent networking at the executive level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 18+ years in network engineering, architecture, and operations; 10+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in enterprise networking: LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, data centers, security, and cloud
• Proven ability to transform network operations with software-driven and agentic AI approaches
• Experience with networks in large enterprise or hyperscale environments, managing thousands of devices
• Strong knowledge of network security architecture, including NGFW and Zero Trust principles
• Skilled in developing high-performing teams through mentoring and succession planning
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to senior leadership
